On August 19, 2024, at approximately 1:50 p.m., Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies responded to a call reporting animal abuse at an apartment complex in Troutdale. The call detailed a disturbing case of cruelty involving a 12-week-old Rottweiler-Bull Terrier mix.
