Oregon Public Records Law (ORS192) provides individuals, organizations, agencies and businesses the ability to access written documents and materials.
In order to request access to these documents and materials, the request must include the following:
- Be in writing.
- Include contact information.
- Clearly state what records are being sought.
Please be advised that there may be a fee to cover staff time researching and retrieving the documents. You will be notified of estimated fees and costs in advance. Payment is required before MCSO will produce the documents. The fee may be reduced or waived if it is determined the release of the information is in the interest of the public.
