The men and women in patrol services have a commitment to community oriented policing. Proactive enforcement efforts have proven to be consistently effective in the unincorporated area of Multnomah County
thirty-two deputies are assigned to patrol. Deputies respond to calls for service 24 hours a day in five patrol districts. Multnomah County Sheriff's Office maintains high expectations off its law enforcement deputies making it a unique and professional department.

Patrol has five districts. Sauvies Island - district 10, Dunthorpe - district 20, Wood Village - district 30, Orient - district 40, and the Columbia Gorge - district 50. View Map
