BAIL INQUIRIES

The Facility Security Unit is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of designated County owned facilities including:

The Justice Center,
The Inverness Jail,
The Multnomah County Courthouse,
The Downtown and Mid-Land Branch Libraries,
The Gresham Court,
The Juvenile Justice Center Courts,
The Central, Midland, N. Portland, Holgate, Hollywood and Gresham Libraries

This Unit is responsible for security screening for building entry, court room security, inmate visitations, bail and other inmate property transactions, removing and if required, excluding persons who are unruly or threatening, and providing information and assistance to the public.

This Unit has over 1,000,000 public contacts per year providing security, assistance, and information to the public who use Multnomah County facilities.
