Multnomah County Sheriff's Office Asks for Public's Help Finding Missing Woman

The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 58-year-old Kellie Fuller who is diagnosed with dementia and is unable to care for herself. 

Fuller was last seen around 2:00 pm on December 13, 2025, in the parking lot of the Troutdale Safeway, located at 25691 SE Stark St. At the time of her disappearance, Fuller was wearing a black jacket, black polo shirt, blue jeans and bright purple Adidas shoes. Fuller is a white female, 4’11” tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
